The lecture by an esteemed American artist, Stuart Shils will address the fundamental beginnings of seeing and how remarkable and marvelous the world of form is right in front of our eyes if we can see.   We have all been conditioned by words and ideas and within that, visual presence has usually been marginalized. The first talk by Stuart is a presentation of what it means to look at the visual world with fresh eyes.
